Faracy is an American-born artist, writer and teacher. She studied screenwriting under awardwinning screenwriter Marc Nieson at the University of Minnesota as well as earning bachelors degrees in Anthropology and History. She has written two collections of poetry “Crystal Twines” and “Emerging from the Box” as well as several full length screenplays including “Finding the Sea” which she is currently making into a film. She has exhibited artwork in both the United States and Spain. Faracy is currently working towards a Masters degree in Creative Media. Her focuses are documentary film production and interactive art.
